What file formats do you accept for artwork? +
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. For best results, please provide print-ready files at 300 DPI with CMYK colour mode.
How long does production take? +
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for most products. Rush orders can be completed in 24–48 hours for an additional fee. Large signage may require 5–7 business days.
Do you offer nationwide delivery? +
Yes! We ship across South Africa via Courier Guy, PUDO, and Aramex. We also offer free collection from our Johannesburg warehouse and local delivery within the Gauteng area.
Can I get a digital proof before printing? +
Absolutely. Every order includes a complimentary digital proof. You'll receive it via email within 2 hours of placing your order, and you can request unlimited revisions before approval.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, Ozow, Yoco, Peach Payments, Payflex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct EFT transfers.
